Equinox at ALA Midwinter: Exhibits! Demos! Yummo Noshes!

January 7th, 2009 by

Equinox will be at ALA Midwinter 2009 — and we’d love to see you, too!

We have a lovely event early Saturday evening, and we’d like to welcome you there. Email events@esilibrary.com, RSVP through the Facebook event, or stop by the booth for your invitation.

We’re exhibiting at booth 522. Stop and by and say hi! You can also make appointments to sit down and talk, you know, Evergreen-Equinox stuff. Contact us now or just come on by the booth.

We also have booth demos! The charming and intelligent Shae Tetterton will be presenting the latest Evergreen overview, featuring sneak peeks of our hot new OPAC skin and the delicious features in upcoming version 1.4, while the sturdy and well-seasoned Karen Schneider will offer up “Open Source Jeopardy,” a game-show-style presentation.

Here’s the demo schedule (all demos at Booth 522):

Saturday, 1/24 10:00 a.m. – Evergreen Overview
Saturday, 1/24 3:00 p.m. – Evergreen Overview
Sunday, 1/25 9:30 a.m. – Evergreen Overview
Sunday, 1/25 10:30 a.m. – Open Source Jeopardy
Sunday, 1/25 2:00 p.m. – Evergreen Overview
Monday, 1/26 10:00 a.m. Open Source Jeopardy
Monday, 1/26 11:00 a.m. – Evergreen Overview

Finally, we’ll be out and about, at various ALA meetings and events, and we’re available for lunches and brunches and whatnot.

See you in Denver!

  1. […] ALA Midwinter 2009 (Denver, Jan 23 – 27): Visit Equinox Software at Booth 522, sit in on a demo, or mingle with fellow travelers at an Evergreen social function (informally called Birds of a Feather Nosh Together) Saturday, January 24, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm, at a very nice locale near the Denver convention center. RSVP to events@esilibrary.com. See the Equinox booth and event demo schedule […]

Been there, done that, have the Summer Reading t-shirts to prove it.
