FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Duluth, GA–August 22, 2014

Kalkaska County Library has gone live on Evergreen as part of the Traverse Area District Library (TADL) system in Michigan.  Kalkaska is the seventh library to join the group.  Equinox handled the migration and also provides support and hosting for TADL.  Kalkaska County Library services almost 12,000 patrons with over 35,000 items.

Jenny LaJeunesse, Equinox Project Manager, had this to say about the migration:  “Teamwork between Kalkaska County Library, the Traverse Area District Library, and Equinox helped Kalkaska to have a smooth transition to becoming part of a shared system.”

At Equinox, unlike other administrative roles I’ve had, I get to work directly with libraries to help them solve their problems.
